Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. It tentatively takes 2 to 4 business days for a south India shipment & 5 to 7 business days for rest of India to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Once the product is shipped, confirmation details will be shared over mail with tracking number and courier partner name.

We offer a hassle-free 7 days returns and exchange for products bought online. Only exchange requests will be accepted for products bought during sales.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will directly be initiated to the source account. For COD orders, bank account details will be collected over mail.

• If you wish to exchange a product, a store credit/credit note will be issued, which you can use to place a fresh order online. Please note that credit note/store credit cannot be encashed, and cannot be used for offline purchases.
