Return & Exchange Policy

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

  • As a policy, we do not offer money refunds or exchanges on any purchased products.

  • Once sold, items can only be returned or exchanged for store credit.

(Store Credit refers to the refund provided as a coupon code, which has lifetime validity and can be fully applied to future orders on our website.)

  • Please note that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

How do we exchange against store credit?

  • A customer requesting store credit under the specified conditions (** listed below) will receive store credit in the form of a coupon code, which can be used for future orders on our website.

  • Once the store credit request is raised and approved, we will arrange a pickup from the customer’s doorstep.

  • It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the returned product to reach us.

  • Upon receiving the product, a quality check will be conducted before generating the coupon code.

  • The coupon code, which will have the store credit value after deducting Rs. 100/- for return shipping, will be sent to the customer via email.

  • The customer can use this coupon code to place a new order on our website.

Conditions

  • Defective Package: If you receive a product in poor condition or with tampered packaging, kindly refuse to accept the package. Please apply for a return using the Return & Store Credit link. A replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.

  • Defective Product: If you receive a defective product, please raise a return request immediately using the Return & Store Credit link and upload a snapshot of the defect. A replacement will be provided to you at no additional cost.

  • ​Timeline for Store Credit Request: Exchange/Store Credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product (including the delivery day). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Approval: Once your request is processed, you will receive an approval email from us within 2 working days.

  • Time of Pick up: The product will be picked within 2-3 working days from the date of approval. In case we do not have pick up service available at customer’s location, customer has to self-ship the product. 

  • Product Condition - The items should be unused and unwashed, Tag shouldn't be removed.
