• Refunds for prepaid orders will directly be initiated to the source account. For COD orders, bank account details will be collected over mail.

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order. It tentatively takes 2 to 4 business days for a south India shipment & 5 to 7 business days for rest of India to be delivered from the date of dispatch. Once the product is shipped, confirmation details will be shared over mail with tracking number and courier partner name.

With photographs, we make an effort to maintain the original colors as closely as possible. However, colors may range somewhat from photographs due to varied screen calibrations and photography.

There may be minor inconsistencies and unevenness in the weave pattern because the product is hand made.
